At first glance it didn’t look like a crime scene to seasoned detective Lawrence Oliver “Lo” Faeth. It simply read as a terrible accident. don't misunderstand me here- there's lots of humor on every page but the underlying investigation of a murder is a compelling read. I loved the pace and the twists. I always knew something was coming but I was always wrong about what it was. If you like guessing who donit, you'll love this one.Product details

I received this book as a gift from a family member who had read it. Detective Lo and partner, BJ, were called by the fire department after an explosion in a cocktail lounge caused a fire and a body was found in the ladies rest room with a gun in her hand. The investigation leads to several twists and turns with a very surprising ending. Once you begin reading, you won’t want to put it down.
